The lack of air conditioning is a major letdown, leading to stuffy rooms on warmer days. Nighttime can be unsettling due to noise from the surrounding area and loiterers nearby. the breakfast options feel overpriced, and the limited space in the breakfast room leads to overcrowding—a hassle when you want to kickstart your day. Some rooms have unique layout challenges, adding to a feeling of crampedness that could dampen the whole experience.

I had a wonderful stay at Ibis Liege Centre Opera! The location was perfect for exploring the city, and the comfortable bed made for a great night's sleep. The walk-in shower was hot and powerful, and the room had good heating. there was easy access to nearby attractions via the lift from the hotel to the Opera carpark.
Some areas could use more natural light.

Fantastic location with friendly staff
I really enjoyed my stay, mainly because of the exceptional location just a short walk from the historic center of Liège. The hotel had a nice parking option available right downstairs for just 10€ a day, which made my visit so much more convenient. The staff were polite and welcoming, adding a personal touch to the experience. it would be great if the rooms had adjustable heating or opened windows to let in fresh air.

The Standard Twin Room was okay for one night. It had a comfortable mattress and a clean bathroom. The room was a bit small, but it offered a good water pressure in the shower and a modern smart TV for streaming. The lack of air conditioning made it stuffy, and you couldn’t open the window, which was a bit annoying. The location was perfect for exploring the city though, with lots of cafes around. Staff were kind and helpful too, except for one who didn’t seem interested at all.
